Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery time is 1-3 business days via Postnord or DHL . Shipping with Postnord costs 49 SEK for purchases under 549 SEK. Shipping with DHL costs 59 SEK for purchases under 549 SEK. For purchases over 549 SEK, you get free shipping.

Once the item has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping companies that are to deliver your order within the specified time. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number or a tracking link to your email address. Use the tracking number or tracking link to track your delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. During peak periods and holidays, it may be slightly longer.

Delivery Method

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out through Postnord or DHL. Depending on what you order, you will receive the package directly in your mailbox, box, or you will need to pick up the package at an agent. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you provide at the time of ordering if the package ends up with an agent.

Please note that delivery responsibility ends when the package is left in the mailbox or outside the door.

Transport Responsibility

If the item is damaged or lost during transit from us to you, we are responsible. However, JFR is not liable for items delivered without receipt where you, as the customer, have chosen this delivery method.

In the event of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return is made correctly according to our return policy, and you are liable for your purchased product (including any damage caused to the product) until you have handed it over to the carrier who will return the product to us.

Transport Damage

If the product is damaged upon receipt, this should be reported immediately to JFR's customer service. In order for us to file a claim with our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to them within 1-3 days. Therefore, we appreciate it if you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damages, so it's important that you unpack and check that the product is defect-free as soon as possible after receiving it.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest to report it directly to the driver upon receipt of the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so that the claim can be handled correctly.

A product that has been incorrectly dispatched should be reported to JFR as soon as possible.

If, against all odds, an item is incorrectly dispatched, damaged, or defective, we commit to rectifying the issue at no cost.

Untriggered order

We reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred if you fail to pick up delivered products on time (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 250 SEK if a package is not picked up. The shipment remains at the postal agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return the item, you need to first contact customer service, who will assist you with returning the package.
