Our delivery time is 2-7 business days via DHL.
For purchases over 99 EUR, you get free shipping DHL. Shipping  12,9 EUR for purchases under 95 EUR. 

Once the item has left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping company, which is expected to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than stated for your chosen shipping method if the carrier causes a delay.

Once we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number or a tracking link sent to your email address. Use the tracking number or link to track your delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 2-7 business days. During peak periods and holidays, it may take a bit longer.

Delivery methods

Delivery of ordered goods is handled by Postnord or DHL. Depending on what you order, your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox, a parcel locker, or you'll need to pick it up at a service point. You’ll receive a notification via SMS to the mobile number you provide at checkout if your package is sent to a service point.

Please note that our responsibility for delivery ends once the package has been placed in your mailbox or outside your door.

Shipping responsibility

If the item is damaged or lost during shipping from us to you, we are responsible. However, JFR is not liable for items that have been delivered without a receipt where you, as the customer, have chosen this delivery method.

If you need to return an item to us, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring the return is made correctly according to our return policy, and you are responsible for your purchased product (including any damage caused to the product) until you have handed it over to the carrier returning the product to us.

Transport Damage

If the product is damaged when you receive it, please report it immediately to JFR's customer service. In order to file a claim with our carrier, we need to report the transport damage within 1-3 days. We therefore appreciate if you notify us within this timeframe. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, so it’s important to unpack and check your product as soon as possible after receiving it.

If the damage is visible, it’s easiest to report it directly to the driver upon delivery. Remember to always save the packaging so that the claim can be handled properly.

A product that has been incorrectly shipped should be reported to JFR as soon as possible.

If an item is, against expectations, incorrectly delivered, damaged, or faulty, we will correct the issue free of charge.

Unclaimed order

We reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred if you do not pick up delivered products on time (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 250 SEK if a package is not picked up. The shipment will remain with the postal agent for 7 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you change your mind about a purchase and want to return an item, you must first contact customer service for assistance with the return.
