GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. GENERAL

JFR ECOMMERCE AB, org. no. 556856-7514 ("JFR") is the company that operates www.jfr.se, hereafter referred to as "the website." The terms "we," "our," "ours," and "us" in these terms refer to JFR. The following terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereafter referred to as "you," "your") with us.

By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this document (“the terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order.

To protect your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), the Sale of Goods Act (SFS 1990:931), the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204), and Directive 95/46/EC "GDPR" apply to all purchases on the website.

You must be over 18 to shop with us or have parental consent.

All material on the website is protected by copyright law and may not be downloaded without permission.

2. PERSONAL DATA

JFR is committed to respecting and protecting your personal data and privacy. All information stored about the customer is handled in accordance with GDPR.

By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your personal data in our operations to fulfill and provide the service you expect from us. To better understand how we handle your information, you can read more in our Privacy Policy.

3. PRICE, AVAILABILITY & COLORS

All prices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include statutory Swedish VAT. In the event of price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders. We cannot guarantee that an item shown on the website is in stock; if it is not, we will contact you.

Colors may appear differently depending on the screen you’re viewing, so we can never guarantee 100% that the color you see on your screen is an exact reflection of the actual product. Of course, we do our best to make it as close as possible, and you can always return your item.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY & GIFTS

Our delivery time is normally 1-3 business days, and we strive to ship your order from our warehouse as quickly as possible. During promotional periods and busy times, we cannot guarantee the regular delivery time. To receive the gifts we offer at various purchase amounts, you need to add them to your cart so they are included for 0 SEK. We do not send out gifts afterward if you forgot to add them to your cart.

5. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES/SHIPMENTS

Shipments that are not picked up and are returned to us are not covered by the return or cancellation policy. If you do not pick up your shipment, we will charge you 250 SEK to cover our related costs. The fee will be added to your original invoice.

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer several different payment options for you as a customer, including but not limited to invoice, account, installment, card payment, etc. Payment methods vary by country, and the available options for your market are shown at checkout.

CREDIT CHECK

We reserve the right to review your application to pay by invoice, installment, or account, and to deny, limit, or suggest an alternative payment method. For card purchases, we reserve the right to verify the validity of the card, check that funds are available for the order amount, and that the buyer’s address is correct. We may decline purchases based on these checks.

FEES

JFR is not responsible for late fees, reminder fees, or delays if payment is not made on time. Questions about this can be directed to Klarna’s customer service.

OTHER

You are required to provide a correct email address and to inform JFR if your email address changes. Please note that JFR reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Return the item in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging. You have the right to open the package and try the product if its nature requires it. If the item is not in its original condition, JFR has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund.

The right of withdrawal begins the day you receive the item (the withdrawal period). You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within this period; you can send a message here. Return shipping costs 49 SEK, and this amount will be adjusted upon refund. As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment reaches JFR.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, JFR also offers a 30-day open return policy. This means you can return your items within 30 days after receiving your order. If you chose invoice as your payment method, don’t forget to either pay or extend your invoice, especially if you haven’t received an email confirmation that your return has been processed before the due date.

When exchanging an item, return shipping is free. You simply place a new order for the items you want instead. Enter your new order number on the return form to get free return shipping.

If your return arrives after the 30-day return period, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 175 SEK.

8. REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been completed.

If you have used a discount, the amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the discount code, after which you will receive a confirmation email with the final amount.

If a gift was included with your order, both the product and the gift must be returned; otherwise, you are no longer eligible for the offer and will be charged for the gift. No refund will be issued for the gift, as you were never charged for it. If the promised gift is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with one of equal value; in this case, you will be notified via email.

9. COMPLAINTS

If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time. Or if the item breaks before the warranty period ends, you can also file a complaint. Contact us first by email and describe the issue, including your order number and item number or product name. We will then provide you with details on how to proceed.

10. CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

Contact us at hello@jfr.se if you want to cancel after placing your order. We can’t guarantee that cancellation is possible, but if we process your email before the order has shipped, you can cancel.

11. ADDRESS DETAILS

Please be careful when entering your address details; we will ship to the exact address you provide. If your first/last name is not registered at the address or not on the mailbox, you must enter a c/o address (the last name of the person registered at the delivery address). For invoice payments, the order will be shipped to the address where the personal ID number is registered. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide the correct address.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of circumstances beyond JFR's reasonable control, such as changes in legislation, government actions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disasters, or similar events, JFR's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement will be postponed for as long as the circumstance persists. If such a delay exceeds two months, both you and JFR have the right to cancel the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.

13. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes. You can also use the online complaint platform available on the EU Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
