General purchase conditions



JFR ECOMMERCE AB, org. no. 556856-7514 ("JFR") is the company that provides, hereinafter referred to as "the website". The words "we, our, our and us" in these terms and conditions refer to JFR. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your") with us.

By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

To safeguard your interests as a customer, the regulations in the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), the Purchase Act (SFS 1990:931), the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) and Directive 95/46 are applied /EC "GDPR", on all purchases on the website.

You must be over 18 to shop with us or have a guardian's permission.

All material on the website is protected by copyright law and may not be downloaded without permission.


JFR undertakes to respect and protect your personal data and your privacy. All data saved about the customer is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

All prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include statutory Swedish value added tax. In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders. We cannot guarantee that an item shown on the website is in stock, in such a case we will contact you.

Colors may appear different depending on the screen you are viewing, therefore we can never 100% guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an accurate reflection of the actual product. We obviously do our best to make it as close as possible, and it's always possible to return it.


Our delivery time is normally 1-3 working days and we aim for your order to leave our warehouse as quickly as possible. During promotional periods and high pressure, we cannot guarantee regular delivery times.


Shipments that are not picked up, but are returned to us, are not subject to the right of return or cancellation. If the shipment is not picked up, we will charge you SEK 250, for costs attributable to us. The fee is added to the original invoice.


We offer several different options for you as a customer to pay for your item, for example, but not limited to, invoice, account, partial payment, card payment, etc. The payment methods vary per country and which payment methods are available in your market are indicated in the checkout.


We reserve the right to examine your application to pay by invoice, partial payment or by account and to reject it, limit it or suggest an alternative payment method. In the case of a card purchase, we reserve the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is scope for debiting the value of the order and that the buyer's address information is correct. We may refuse purchases as a result of these checks.


JFR is not responsible for late fees, reminder fees or delays when payment is not made on time. Questions about this can be asked directly to Klarna's customer service.


You are required to provide a correct email address and to inform JFR if your email address changes. Please note that JFR reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to current consumer protection legislation. Send the item back in unchanged condition, preferably in the original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging and try on the product, provided that the nature of the product requires this. If the goods are not in unchanged condition, JFR has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods from the return amount.

The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the goods (the withdrawal period). You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the withdrawal period, you can send a message here. Return shipping costs SEK 49, the amount will be adjusted upon refund. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment reaching JFR.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, JFR also offers a 30-day open purchase. You can therefore return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have chosen invoice as a payment option, do not forget to either pay or extend your invoice, especially if you have not received email confirmation that your return has been processed before the due date.

In case of exchange, the return cost is free. You then place a new order for the new goods that you choose instead. You fill in the new order number in the return slip to receive a free return.

Should your return arrive after the set right of return of 30 days, we have the right to charge a late fee of SEK 175.


Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 10 working days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

If you have used a discount, the amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the discount code, after which you will receive a confirmation by email with the final amount.

If we sent a gift, both the product and the gift must be returned, otherwise you no longer have the right to take part in the offer and you have to pay for the gift. When returning the gift, there is no refund as you were never charged for the gift. If the promised gift is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the gift with the same value, in which case you will be notified via e-mail.


If you have received a damaged product upon delivery, you must notify us of this within a reasonable time. Or if the product has broken before the warranty period is over, you can also complain about the product. Contact us first by email and tell us what is wrong, state your order number and article number or product name. We will then get back to you with details on how you can proceed.


Contact us at if you want to cancel after completing the order. We cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel, but if we handle your email before the order is sent, you can cancel.


Please be accurate when entering your address details, we will ship to the exact address you provide. If your name/surname is not registered or is not on the mailbox, you must enter a c/o address (the last name of the person who is registered at the address where the order is sent). When paying the invoice, the order will be sent to the address where the social security number is registered. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide the correct address.


In the event of circumstances beyond JFR's reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, JFR's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed as long as the circumstance prevails . If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and JFR have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
