How to shop

  1. When you have found a product you want to buy, click on "Add to cart" to place it in your cart. In the same way, you can add additional products to your cart.
  2. Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to Checkout. If you want to change the quantity or remove a product, you can do so there. If you wish to add a product to your cart, click the "Continue shopping" button, find the product as usual, and click "Add to cart". Then proceed to checkout again.
    Enter your postal code in "Choose delivery method" and press "Apply". Then select the delivery option you wish to use.
  3. Fill in your personal and address details, email address, and mobile number.
  4. Choose the payment method you wish to use.
  5. Check that all the details you have provided are correct.
  6. Read through the Terms of Purchase.
  7. Click the "Proceed to payment" or "Pay purchase" button.

Discount codes

To use a discount code, you first need to go to the checkout. You can find the checkout by clicking on the cart symbol at the top right corner, and then on the "To checkout" button. Once in the checkout, click on the text "Click here to enter discount code" which you will find under your added items. Enter the discount code and click "Apply". If the code is valid, the text "Your discount code is registered" will appear, and the discount amount will be deducted from the items included in the discount code's terms.

Payment methods

JFR.se uses Shopify Payments for all payments. You agree to the Terms of Purchase at the checkout when payments are made.

This webshop is built on a platform called Shopify.

Shopify is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an informative security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. The standard is designed to increase controls around credit card data and reduce credit card fraud.

You can pay for your purchase at JFR using the payment methods listed below.

Card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
JFR offers secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card, you will be redirected to a secure page where you can safely enter your card details and complete the payment. JFR never handles your card details. For card payments, the money is deducted from your card immediately when you make your purchase. If you are awaiting a refund, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your payment card after the case is processed by JFR. This is to ensure that all parties, including the bank, can complete the transaction.

Gift with order

If you made a purchase during a promotion, such as with a gift with purchase, this gift must be returned if you choose to return all or part of your order. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you for the value of the gift.
