How to shop

1. When you have found a product you want to buy, click ”Add to cart” to place it in your shopping cart. Add additional products to your shopping cart in the same way.
2. Once you have added all the products you wish to buy to your shopping cart, go to Checkout. If you want to change the quantity or remove a product, you can do so there. If you want to add a product to your shopping cart, click the ”Continue shopping” button, find the product as usual, and click ”Add to cart”. Then proceed to checkout again.
   Enter your postcode under "Choose delivery method" and click ”Apply”. Then choose the delivery option you wish to use.
3. Enter your personal and address details, email address, and mobile number.
4. Choose the payment method you wish to use.
5. Check that all the information you have entered is correct.
6. Read through the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
7. Click the ”Proceed to payment” or "Pay for purchase" button.

Discount codes

To use a discount code, you first need to go to checkout. You can access checkout by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner, and then the ”Go to checkout” button. Once you are in checkout, click the text ”Click here to enter discount code” below your added items. Enter the discount code and click ”Apply”. If the code is valid, the text ”Your discount code has been registered” will now appear, and the discount amount will be deducted from the items covered by the discount code’s terms.

Payment methods

JFR.se uses Shopify Payments for all payments. You accept the terms and conditions of purchase at checkout when payment is made.  

This online store is built on a platform called Shopify. 

Shopify is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and certified. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to strengthen controls around credit card data and reduce credit card fraud.

You can pay for your purchase on JFR using the payment methods listed below.

Card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
JFR offers secure card payments with VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card, you as a customer are redirected to a secure page where you can safely enter your card details and complete the payment. JFR never handles your card details. When paying by card, the amount is charged to your card immediately when you complete your purchase. If you are awaiting a refund, it may take 2–5 banking days for the refund to reach your payment card after the matter has been fully processed by JFR. This is because all parties, including the bank, need time to process the transaction.

Free gift with order

If you placed an order as part of an offer, for example one that included a free gift, the gift must be returned if you choose to return all or part of your order. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you the value of the gift.
