Right of withdrawal, return and warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us and get your money back. You have the right of cancellation for 30 days from the day you receive your product and open purchase for 30 days.

If you have received a damaged product, please do not return it. Contact us first at to make a complaint. Read more below about what applies to complaints.

30 day right of withdrawal

If you wish to make a return, we leave a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order. If you want to return a product, you can email us at and we will help you with the return. Please always state your order number in your communication with us.

In order for us to approve your return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. For returns, a return fee of SEK 49 is added.

If you receive your item with a defect, send pictures of the product/damage/packaging to and we will help you further.

Products in deteriorated condition
If the product has been used more than is necessary for you to be able to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a reasonable price deduction corresponding to the reduction in value that occurred in connection with handling. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How to return an item

Email us at and let us know that you want to make a return. Also send with your order number, which you will find in your order confirmation. You will receive your money back no later than 10 days after we have received your return.

Return fee

A return to us costs SEK 49.

  • It is your responsibility to submit the return to the selected carrier in the correct manner. Therefore, note the parcel ID of the package when you send the package from your agent, and ask for a receipt if you do not receive one.

The return shipping cost (SEK 49) is automatically deducted from your refund amount.


If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this at or by calling 08-120 120 10.

Package not collected

We reserve the right to charge you the costs for handling that arise if you have not picked up delivered products on time (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 250 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first contact customer service who will help you with a return of the package.

This is how you exchange an item

Exchanges with us are always free and no return costs are charged. However, you need to change to the same amount or more. If you wish to change your item to a different size, color or model, you must return the item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the item you want, enter your new order number on the return slip. When we have handled your return, you will receive your money back minus return shipping.

If you have used a discount code, quantity discount or similar at the time of purchase, you must contact customer service to receive compensation so that you can order again.

When you shop at JFR, you have a 1-year warranty on all products, and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that were present when you received the product. Original defects must be able to be demonstrated to and confirmed by JFR for the product warranty to apply. The product guarantee means that, depending on the situation, you can be offered a free repair, new product or reduction of the original price. The product warranty does not apply if we cannot find the fault with the product, or if you have caused the damage yourself.

If you want to make a complaint and/or make the product warranty valid, please contact our customer service at, enter your order number. We will ask you to send a description of the product's fault and images that clearly prove the fault, so that we can help you further in the process. Any refund will be made as soon as possible after the complaint has been approved. We may ask you to discard or return the product to us.
