Right of withdrawal, returns, and warranty
Extended return period! All orders placed from 18 November come with a return period until 12 January 2026. 🎅✨
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us and get your money back. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your product, and you have a 30-day open purchase period.
If you have received a damaged package or product, do not return it before contacting us. Please get in touch within 4 days of collecting your package. You can reach us at hello@jfr.se. Read more below about our complaints policy.
30-day right of withdrawal
If you wish to make a return, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you want to return a product, you can email us at hello@jfr.se, and we will assist you with the return. Please always include your order number in your communication with us.
In order for us to approve your return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If you receive your item with a defect, send pictures of the product/damage/packaging to hello@jfr.se and we will assist you further. hello@jfr.se so we can assist you further.
Products in reduced condition
If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature and function, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction corresponding to the decrease in value that has occurred due to handling. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to exchange an item
Exchanges with us are always free and there is no return fee. One exchange per order. However, you need to exchange for the same amount or more. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, return the item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the item you want; enter your new order number on the return slip. Once we have processed your return, you will get your money back minus the return shipping cost.
If you used a discount code, bulk discount, or similar at the time of purchase, you must contact customer service to receive compensation so you can place a new order.
How to return an item
Email us at hello@jfr.se and let us know you want to make a return. Also include your order number, which you’ll find in your order confirmation. You’ll get your money back no later than 10 days after we receive your return.
Return fee
- It is your responsibility to return the item to the chosen carrier correctly. Be sure to note the package’s tracking ID when you send it from your drop-off point, and request a receipt if you don’t automatically get one.
Postpone due date with Klarna
If you have an invoice, it’s important that you extend the due date yourself so we have time to process your return. You can do this directly via their app or by calling 08-12012010.
Unclaimed package
We reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred if you do not pick up delivered products on time (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 250 SEK if a package is not picked up. The shipment will remain with the postal agent for 7 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you change your mind about a purchase and want to return an item, you must first contact customer service for assistance with the return.
Gift with order
If you made a purchase during a promotion, such as with a gift with purchase, this gift must be returned if you choose to return all or part of your order. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you for the value of the gift.
Applying stickers
We are not responsible for the result of applying stickers to chair legs. If applied correctly (we have a guide at the bottom of our website), you’ll get a smooth finish without wrinkles or air bubbles.
Complaint
If your package is damaged, you need to contact us within 4 days after you have picked it up or received it. If the packaging is damaged, please take photos and email them to us along with your order number. Our email is hello@jfr.se.
If you discover something wrong with the product, you need to contact us as soon as possible. Email a picture of the issue along with your order number to hello@jfr.se.
When you shop at JFR, you have a 1-year warranty on all products, and a 3-year right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Original defects must be shown to and confirmed by JFR for the warranty to apply. Depending on the situation, the warranty means you may be offered a free repair, a new product, or a reduction in the original price. The warranty does not apply if we cannot find a fault with the product or if you have caused the damage yourself.
If you want to make a complaint and/or claim the product warranty, please contact our customer service at hello@jfr.se and provide your order number. We will ask you to send a description of the product’s defect and photos that clearly show the issue, so we can assist you further in the process. Any refund will be processed as soon as possible after the complaint is approved. We may ask you to discard or return the product to us.
