PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL
Risk of strangulation - stop using the products immediately
JFR E-Commerce AB is recalling the following products in all colours:
Anti-Drop Silicone Chain Ocean
Anti-Drop Silicone Chain
Silicone pacifier holders - Teddy
What risk do the products pose?
The design and length of the products may cause them to become caught or form a loop around a child's neck. This poses a risk of strangulation.
What should you do?
Stop using the product immediately and keep it out of children's reach.
Make the product unusable, for example by cutting the chain or strap in several places. Do this without children nearby. Keep the parts out of children's reach and then dispose of them according to your municipality's waste-sorting instructions.
You do not need to return the product.
If you have passed the product on to someone else, you must immediately inform that person of the recall and forward this information.
Free replacement
You can choose between:
• a cash refund, or
• a JFR gift card worth SEK 149 per recalled item.
If you purchased the product, the cash refund corresponds to the amount you paid. If you received the product as a gift from JFR, the cash compensation corresponds to the product's regular price.
Contact us at produktaterkallelse@jfr.se and state:
- your order number, if you have it,
- the email address used for the order,
- which of the products the recall concerns.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange payment another way.
No return is required, and the measure will not incur any cost for you.
