My gifts are charged at full price at checkout—what should I do?
- Some customers have experienced technical issues with the gifts, and they are charged at full price. Please place your order anyway (with the gifts included in the order) and email us at hello@jfr.se, and we'll make sure to refund the amount for the gifts afterward.

Questions about Antilop

Are the seat cushions compatible with high chairs other than Antilop?
- Yes, many models work with our cushions. Confirmed models are Ikea Blåmes, Ikea Langur, and Beemo CARE.

Can you rinse off the chair with stickers on it?
- It is possible, but we cannot guarantee a lasting result. Occasionally is fine if you dry the chair legs afterward.

Can your cushions/bibs be machine-washed?
- Yes, that's fine. Wash at 30 degrees and dry flat or hanging.

Do your cushion covers fit the inflatable cushion from Ikea?
- Yes, they have the same dimensions, so it fits together with our cushion covers.

My first sticker didn't turn out very well.
Can I buy one separately?
- Of course. Email hello@jfr.se and we'll get back to you with instructions.

Questions about Stokke

Do your cushions fit older Tripp Trapp models?
- Yes, our cushions fit all versions of the Tripp Trapp.

Can your cushions be machine-washed?
- Yes. First and foremost, we recommend wiping them clean; otherwise, they can be washed at 30 degrees and dried flat.

Are the cushions wipe-clean?
- Almost all cushions/cushion covers in the entire range can be wiped clean. Our ruffle collection cannot be wiped clean, but it can be machine-washed at 30 degrees.

Do your suction cups stick to the Stokke tray?
- The Stokke tray isn't completely smooth, which makes it difficult for the suction cup to adhere properly. For better grip, we recommend our tray mats or covers.

Questions about silicone

My suction cup isn't sticking very well—any tips?
Silicone is a soft and flexible material, which means it can be difficult to achieve a completely secure grip—especially if a curious little baby manages to wiggle the plate a bit. One tip is to lightly moisten the suction cups before pressing the plate into place; this usually helps improve the grip.
