Shipping policy

Our delivery time is 2-7 business days via DHL. For purchases over 99 EUR, you get free shipping DHL. Shipping  12,9 EUR for purchases under 95 EUR. 

Once the item has left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies, which are to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is normally stated for the chosen shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay.

When we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or tracking link sent to your email address. Use the tracking number or link to track your delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. During high demand and holidays, it may be slightly longer.

Delivery methods

Delivery of ordered goods is handled by Postnord or DHL. Depending on what you order, you may receive your package directly in your mailbox, a parcel locker, or you may need to pick it up at a service point. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you provide at checkout if your package is delivered to a service point.

Please note that delivery responsibility ends once the shipment has been placed in the mailbox or left outside your door.

Transport responsibility

If the item is damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. However, JFR is not responsible for items delivered without a receipt where you as the customer have chosen this delivery method.

In the event of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring the return complies with our return policy, and you are responsible for your purchased product (including any damage caused to the product) until you have handed it over to the carrier returning the product to us.

Transport damage

If the product is damaged when you receive it, you should report this immediately to JFR's customer service. In order for us to file a claim with our carrier, we need to report the transport damage within 1-3 days. We therefore appreciate it if you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, so it is important that you unpack and check the product for defects as soon as possible after receiving it.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest to report this directly to the driver upon receipt of the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so the claim can be handled correctly.

A product that has been incorrectly dispatched should be reported to JFR as soon as possible.

If an item is, against expectations, incorrectly dispatched, damaged, or defective, we will correct the error free of charge.

Unclaimed orders

We reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred if you do not pick up delivered products on time (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 250 SEK if a package is not picked up. The shipment will remain at the pickup location for 7 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you wish to cancel a purchase and return the item, you must first contact customer service, who will assist you with the return process.

Gift with order

If you made a purchase during a promotion, such as receiving a gift with your order, you must return the gift if you choose to return all or part of your order. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you for the value of the gift.
